Lucy goes up the river
Took a ride up to the landing only to find out that they were sold out of gas for the weekend (sold 8000 gallons from Friday to Sunday I am told). Stopped at Geraldine and Dawns on the way back and begged some gas off them to make it home.

Eufaula 9 May 2009
Fishing with Brookey
Skunked in Eufaula, but enjoyed spending the day with Brookey and saw some beautiful wildlife (well everything except for the giant water moccasin that came out from under the boat right below my foot and about gave me a heart attack). There will be Captian Sam stories for many years to come......
Highlights.....we brought home some wings, chilled in the outdoors with the family and cooked out hamburgers for dinner. Great way to spend mothers day eve!!
